Seeking an AI Tech Lead with 7+ years in development and 3+ years in technical leadership. Strong production experience and expertise in system design and architecture.

Requirements

### Requirements - Core Stack: Node.js, React, Next.js, React Native, Expo, GraphQL, REST, WebSockets. - AI: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP, function calling, structured outputs. - Infra: OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Prometheus, Datadog, Kubernetes, CI/CD. - 7+ years in development. - 3+ years of technical leadership. - Strong production experience. - Experience in architecture and system design. - Integration of LLM in production. - DevOps / CI/CD background. - Practical experience in AI-assisted development (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Codeium, etc.). - English B2+. - Nice to have: RAG / embeddings / vector DBs, Voice AI / multimodal systems, Agent orchestration, LoRA / fine-tuning, Startup / venture studio experience.
