Responsibilities

- Professional video editing (key area):
- Assemble videos with strong dynamics and engagement
- Work with rhythm, timing, and structure
- Create edits that keep viewers engaged until the end
- Working with graphics:
- Add and animate graphics (titles, inserts, visual accents)
- Enhance meaning through visuals
- Make videos visually appealing
- AI and automation:
- Work with AI tools: Synthesia / HeyGen, Runway / Pika, ElevenLabs
- Set up lip-sync, voice, intonation
- Improve source materials: sound, stabilization, upscale
- Optimize the pipeline (speeding up and automation)
- Working with content:
- Understand how video impacts marketing
- Collaborate with scriptwriters and marketing
- Participate in creating content that sells
Requirements
