- Experience at the intersection of analytics, development, and AI engineering.
- Strong understanding of backend logic and product architecture.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and complex business logic.
- Understanding of RBAC, statuses, access rights, and workflow processes.
- Ability to work closely with developers and quickly prototype solutions.
- Experience with vibe coding in Claude / Claude Code.
- Understanding how to use AI tools to accelerate development and analysis.
- A plus: Experience in fintech / treasury / enterprise systems.
- Experience in process automation using LLM.
- Experience with React, Node.js, BFF architecture.
- Understanding of maker-checker and banking integrations.
