Responsibilities
- Administrative support for all BUs including office supplier, catering, meeting scheduling, travel bookings, courier logistics and other operational tasks;
- Staff event coordination including annual dinner / team building / anniversary celebrations;
- Assist in office renovation / relocation as well as premise maintenance;
- Corporate policy / proceeding optimization;
- Budget planning and expense/vendor management;
- Fixed asset utilization and management;
- Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant working experiences with Can-do Attitude
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
- Experienced with Policy design and optimizing
- Well-organized, responsible, detail-minded, hardworking as a quick learner
- Be able to handle multi-tasks under pressure
- Experience in procurement / HR is a plus
