Seeking a highly qualified SAP FSM Architect to lead technical development in global field service management. Role involves designing processes and implementing innovations including SAP AI.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Expert technical knowledge of SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
- Practical experience in creating Smart Forms, configuring complex business rules, extensions, and reporting (Jasper or HTML)
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end field service business processes within the SAP ecosystem
- Practical experience or strong understanding of SAP AI technologies (Joule, SAP Insights)
- Knowledge of SnapLogic technology (or similar iPaaS tools) for monitoring and debugging interfaces is a significant plus
- Experience with SAP Fiori technology is a big advantage
- Fluent English for effective communication in an international team
