Art Lead 3D

We are planning to open a vacancy for Art Lead 3D in our product iGaming company. The product is Live Casino. Remote work is possible from Belarus, Serbia, Georgia, and other locations.

### What You Will Do - **Pipeline (first 2 months):** - Create workflow: Blender → Unreal/Godot - Define standards (LOD, lighting, shaders, FPS) - Set up export/import - Create templates for the team - **Management:** - Hire the team - Set tasks and control deadlines - Art review and feedback - **Art Direction:** - Visual style together with Head of Design - Style guides - Final approval of all 3D assets - Consistency between projects - **Hands-on (if necessary):** - Proof-of-concept for new features - Lighting setup for key scenes - Technical troubleshooting

### What We Expect From You 💻 **Hard Skills** - **Mandatory:** - 7+ years of experience in 3D production (including 2+ years in a lead role) - Expert knowledge of modern 3D software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max or equivalents) - Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine or Godot (materials, lighting, optimization) - Advanced knowledge of Substance Painter - Experience in pipeline building - Ability to work hands-on initially and transition to management - Art direction skills - Team management experience - **Will be a plus:** - Experience in iGaming, casino, mobile games - Knowledge of multiple 3D packages - Unity (for cross-platform understanding) - Houdini (procedural workflows) - Mobile optimization - Stylized 3D (not photorealism) 🧠 **Soft Skills** - Ability to motivate and develop the team - Constructive feedback and mentoring - Coordination with other departments (2D, UX, Dev) - Planning and prioritizing tasks - Quick decision-making
