Elephant Games is looking for a data-driven ASO Manager to join the team and contribute to the organic growth of AS and GP.
- Develop and implement ASO strategies for mobile games.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and semantic clustering.
- Optimize metadata.
- Plan and conduct A/B tests for store assets.
- Improve conversion rates and drive organic growth.
- Monitor keyword rankings and competitors.
- Collaborate with UA, Product, Design, and Analytics teams.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities
As an ASO Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement ASO strategies for mobile games.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and semantic clustering.
- Optimize metadata.
- Plan and conduct A/B tests for store assets.
- Improve conversion rates and drive organic growth.
- Monitor keyword rankings and competitors.
- Collaborate with UA, Product, Design, and Analytics teams.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of ASO experience in mobile apps or games.
- Deep understanding of App Store and Google Play ranking factors.
- Experience with ASO tools (AppTweak / ASOdesk).
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing in stores.
- Data-driven mindset (confidence intervals, statistical significance).
- Experience working with multiple GEOs.
Plus:
- Experience with F2P mobile games.
- Understanding of UA and performance marketing.
- Experience with LiveOps projects.
- Experience in midcore or casual genres.
