HIFI exists to fix the way money moves, making it programmable by default. We are rebuilding the financial plumbing of the internet from the ground up.
Responsibilities
### What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify new leads across target verticals — fintech, payments, Web3, and enterprise — through research-driven outbound outreach.
- Reach potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and phone, personalizing every touchpoint based on account research.
- Partner with Account Executives in discovery calls, demos, and proposal preparation to move deals forward.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting — if it’s not in the system, it doesn’t exist.
- Feed market intelligence and customer insights back to GTM and product teams to sharpen our approach.
Requirements
### What We're Looking For
- Currently completing (expected graduation June 2026) or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, Psychology, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Genuine hunger to build a career in sales — not just looking for a first job.
- Clear, confident communicator in writing and on the phone — you can make a point without wasting anyone’s time.
- Resilient and competitive — you handle rejection without losing momentum or lowering your standard.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through — in sales, details and timing are everything.
Conditions
### Compensation & Benefits
- The expected salary range for this role is $60,000 - $76,000 USD. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
- This role begins as a 3-month contract with a structured path to full-time employment upon successful completion.
- During the contract period, we offer commuter benefits ($250 travel stipend).
- Must be within commutable distance from our New York office and able to work in person most days of the week.
