Associate Institutional Sales Representative - Global Markets

### Responsibilities - Drive incremental trading volume market share gains for the Global Markets business for crypto native firms such as protocols, VC’s and other buy side firms. - Be the first point of contact for all things global markets to multiple client segments. You will solve their needs quickly by leveraging your internal relationships. - Establish sales methodologies and sales operational processes to improve offensive go-to-market posture. - Help inform the targeted go to market strategy including marketing, to business operations and client experience. - Lead client or product specific campaigns or projects that will drive new business and enhance the Anchorage Digital offering.

### Requirements - (3-5) years of work experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales. - A minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in the crypto industry. - Strong technical knowledge and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies, including staking and governance. - A strong network of institutional clients (all types) and peers active in digital assets industry. - Enjoy working in a fast paced, start-up environment. - Excellent communication skills, relationship management, and sales acumen.
