- Identify and evaluate liquid token investment opportunities across crypto markets. - Produce high-quality written research for decision-making. - Stay current on key trends and market dynamics in crypto. - Manage and grow a network of relationships with token projects and industry participants. - Test and iterate on data-driven sourcing channels for liquid opportunities. - Collaborate with DCG's teams to monitor portfolio token performance. - Contribute to building DCG's brand in liquid crypto markets.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, computer science, engineering, or related field. - 2–4 years of relevant experience in crypto markets. - Demonstrated crypto research skillset and strong understanding of market structures. - Passion for crypto and experience in DeFi, trading, or related blockchain ecosystems. - Established network in liquid crypto markets. - Strong quantitative skills and comfort with on-chain analytics.
