- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to document and improve workflows.
- Assist in implementing operational frameworks for roadmap planning and product reviews.
- Support the collection and organization of product metrics.
- Serve as a connector between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Help manage and optimize core product management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Product Operations or process improvement.
- Understanding of Agile and product development concepts.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Airtable, Confluence.
