Responsibilities
- Support preparation of recurring portfolio performance reports and leadership materials.
- Consolidate financial and operational data into structured reporting formats.
- Maintain and update reporting dashboards and analytics tools.
- Perform variance analysis and commentary on portfolio developments.
- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness across reporting outputs.
- Assist in preparation of materials for internal governance processes.
- Contribute to enhancement of reporting frameworks.
Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in asset management, portfolio reporting, or finance.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort handling complex data sets.
- Experience preparing structured reporting materials for senior stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and execution-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and communicate clearly in a global environment.
- Fintech/Digital asset experience is a plus.
