Requirements
### Senior Analyst
- 7+ years in financial journalism/analytics/research
- Experience in Tier-1 media or research companies
- Ability to create institutional-level reports
- Understanding of the crypto market and data (on-chain is a plus)
### Affiliate Manager
- 3+ years in affiliate (crypto/forex)
- Experience with CPA/RevShare
- Own network of industry contacts
- Strong analytics (EPC, conversions)
### Commercial Operations Manager
- 2–4 years in sales ops/growth/marketing
- Experience with email campaigns and A/B testing
- B2B copywriting skills
- Understanding of crypto/SaaS
