Job description
We are Soft-Unity, and for 17 years we have been engaged in comprehensive automation of business processes based on 1C solutions. We are official 1C franchisees, a competence center, a certified training center, and have other accredited statuses.
Responsibilities
- Work with new and existing clients, identifying needs
- Handle incoming calls
- Conduct meetings (in-person and remote)
- Prepare and defend commercial proposals
- Conclude contracts
- Issue invoices and control payments
- Sell software products and services of the 1C company, as well as implementation and support services
- Consult clients on company products
- Maintain information about clients and deals in the CRM system
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales
- Knowledge of sales techniques, understanding of cold sales specifics
- Mandatory experience as a sales manager or in service support in the IT field (preferably 1C services)
- Experience in IT and consulting companies
- Experience in 1C franchise from 1 year will be an advantage
- Desire to develop in sales
