PaySol is engaged in the development and enhancement of its own CRM system, among other projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop project architecture, make key technical decisions.
- Collaborate with the team – performance and code review, task decomposition.
- Code, develop microservices for subsequent handover to developers, code review.
- Participate in DevOps processes (CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure).
- Work with monitoring, logging, and alert systems.
- Responsible for the technical roadmap of the backend part of the project.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend development.
- High-level knowledge of Python, understanding of its strengths and weaknesses.
- Knowledge and experience with microservices architecture. Experience with Django, FastAPI, Celery, Postgres, Clickhouse, Asyncio, Rabbitmq, Kafka, Redis, Telethon (TG), Telegram API.
- Good command of Docker, all projects are containerized.
- Experience with GitLab, CI/CD is implemented in all projects.

- Knowledge of Telegram API and experience in bot development (optional).
- Experience with AI and ML. In addition to large services, there are several side projects requiring oversight, including a service analyzing documents (from receipts to PDF bank statements) for edits and changes.
