- Search for and attract partners (wallets, platforms, DeFi) - Conduct negotiations in English: product presentation and deal closure - Manage deals and pipeline in CRM (HubSpot) - Support partners until launch (compliance + integration) - Develop partners and increase volumes

- 2+ years of experience in BD/partnerships in Web3 (crypto, DeFi, wallets, swap projects) - Experience in the full deal cycle: from acquisition to growth post-integration - Ability to explain complex products (API, liquidity, cross-chain) in simple terms for business - English B2+ (negotiations and correspondence) - Experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar) - Ability to work remotely from any country except Russia and Belarus
