Join SideShift.ai as a BD Sales Lead to own the sales pipeline, drive sales globally, and identify new opportunities in the crypto space.
Responsibilities

- Own the sales pipeline: Identify, contact, and close new integrations across wallets, DeFi, infrastructure providers and more.
- Drive sales in-person: Attend conferences around the world. Build relationships and find new partners.
- Focus on selling: The bulk of your time will be spent reaching out to prospective leads and opening doors to new business.
- Work with the team: Coordinate closely with our devrel for warmer leads and our integrations team who provide technical support once an integration is in the pipeline.
- Identify opportunities: Explore new verticals and unlock untapped volume.
Requirements

- A proven seller: Strong track record in B2B sales, ideally within the crypto space.
- High agency and drive: You take initiative, deliver results and don’t need hand-holding.
- Extremely persistent: You keep pushing until you get a no through every contact you can find.
- Strong communicator: Clear, persuasive and fast to take action.
- Industry knowledge: You understand the crypto landscape and have ideas about how we can grow.
- Elite organisational skills: You are excited to build a rolodex of who’s who in the crypto space.
