Job description

Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the company's BI strategy and roadmap. - Lead the team to build and optimize the BI system. - Provide accurate, timely, and actionable data insights. - Conduct in-depth data analysis on core business areas. - Coordinate internal resources to promote BI projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of BI-related work experience, including 3+ years of senior BI team management. - Proficient in BI tools, data modeling, and data analysis methods. - Understanding of global regulatory requirements related to digital assets. - Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. - Strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking.
