BIM Engineer

### Responsibilities - Participate in coordination meetings with clients and general contractors. - Coordinate and resolve clashes/issues in 3D models. - Delegate tasks to international BIM/VDC teams. - Verify the quality of BIM models and technical documentation. - Review and approve drawing production before client delivery. - Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, depending on the stage and scale of investment. - Collaborate with teams preparing execution documentation for the electrical industry. - Ensure deliverables comply with construction schedules and client requirements.

### Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM/VDC for construction projects. - Minimum 3 years of experience working with electrical trade contractors. - Very good knowledge of Revit and Navisworks. - Experience in BIM/VDC coordination on the execution or construction side, not just design. - Experience working on large commercial or infrastructure projects. - Ability to communicate with clients and technical teams. - Experience coordinating the work of others or project teams. - Excellent organizational skills, ability to delegate tasks and meet deadlines. - Proficient in English for daily work in an international environment. ### Additional Assets - Experience with data center projects. - Knowledge of scheduling, forecasting, or budgeting processes. - Experience with other building systems. - Knowledge of practical aspects of investment realization and constructability modeled systems. - Experience managing BIM/VDC throughout the full project lifecycle. - Portfolio of projects to showcase during the recruitment process.
