• Support the design and development of AI agent workflows and LLM-powered application components • Build and test prompt strategies, retrieval flows, tool-use logic, orchestration patterns, and backend integrations • Assist in defining evaluation metrics, running benchmarks, and analyzing failure cases • Improve system performance across quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost • Use AI coding tools as a normal part of your workflow to accelerate development and problem-solving • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to understand how production AI systems are designed, deployed, and improved • Contribute to backend services, APIs, internal tools, or lightweight user interfaces when needed

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field • Expected graduation in 2026 or 2027 • Solid programming skills in Python or Java; familiarity with backend engineering is preferred • Good problem-solving ability and comfort working with APIs, debugging, and data • Strong curiosity about LLMs, AI agents, automation, and real-world system design • Ability to break down ambiguous problems and move from idea to working prototype • Comfortable learning quickly and working in a fast-moving environment • Available for a 6-month full-time commitment
