Job description
We are DEM Team. We have been working with whitehat traffic for 7 years and have actively scaled our Gambling direction on Facebook over the past year. We work with direct advertisers, can generate strong volumes, and build processes without chaos and bureaucracy.
Responsibilities
• Search for and develop new advertisers/partners.
• Build relationships with affiliate networks, direct advertising, and C-level.
• Identify new GEOs, offers, and growth points.
• Verify and validate operators.
• Gather a database of advertisers and maintain a pool of offers for rapid scaling.
• Negotiate favorable conditions and support deals.
• Analyze partner effectiveness and traffic rotation.
• Collaborate with the buying and finance departments.
Requirements
• Experience in BizDev / sales / account management.
• Understanding of the iGaming / Gambling market is a big plus.
• Negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work with numbers, spreadsheets, and analytics.
• Independence and high self-organization.
• Ability to take responsibility for results.
• Adequacy, openness, and normal communication.
