We are a rapidly growing SEO company in the iGaming niche. With 7 years in the market and a team of over 140 people, we double our team size annually. We work with major advertisers worldwide.
Responsibilities

- Work with the existing base of advertisers — develop and maintain relationships
- Negotiate and conclude deals for SEO traffic (CPA, RevShare, and other models)
- Rotate brands on project showcases, control conversion
- Reconcile and monitor timely payments from advertisers
- Search and onboard new advertisers, expand the partner base
- Test new products (weekly brand rotation on projects)
- Participate in industry conferences
- Interact with SEO teams when launching new projects
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in BizDev / Partnership / Affiliate in the iGaming niche for at least 2 years
- Experience specifically with SEO traffic — knowledge of specifics, metrics (FTD, CPA, RevShare)
- Experience negotiating deals with advertisers for SEO
- Understanding of reconciliation, payments, and financial control
- Proficiency in Russian and English
