Join Magnit as a Business Analyst to analyze and formalize business requirements for accounting processes in 1C:ERP.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements for enterprise accounting processes in 1C
- Develop and describe target business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) considering accounting and reporting requirements
- Prepare functional requirements and assign tasks to 1C developers/integrators
- Participate in the configuration and acceptance of accounting solutions (testing, UAT, data accuracy control)
- Interact with business units to implement processes and train users
- Control data quality and support users post-launch (incident resolution, process improvement)
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience as a business analyst for at least 3 years
- Knowledge of accounting (finance, warehouse, production) and enterprise processes
- Experience with 1C:ERP, gathering and formalizing requirements, describing processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- Basic Excel skills and understanding of 1C data structure
