- Experience with Hardware / Data Center.
- Experience with hardware infrastructure.
- Ability to describe processes as-is/to-be in BPMN 2.0.
- Ability to build RACI matrices and define control points.
- Experience in preparing technical specifications for automation and bringing them to implementation.
- Experience in writing regulations and checklists for Data Centers.
- Understanding of equipment life cycle and billing basics.
- Knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX (especially regarding spare parts).
- Ability to work with inventory (accounting, inventory).
- Skill in forming metrics and reporting templates.
