Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and formalize client requirements;
- Model business processes and agree on optimal implementation solutions;
- Participate in the development of new banking software functionality;
- Formulate development tasks and user stories for system analysts and designers;
- Agree on test documentation and participate in product testing;
- Launch into production;
- Develop user manuals and other accompanying documentation;
- Communicate with contractors.
Requirements
- Higher technical or economic education;
- 2+ years of experience as an analyst or support specialist in ABS (preferably: CFT Bank, areas: Loans, Reserves);
- Experience in change management in information systems;
- Clear understanding of banking business processes;
- Experience in developing user documentation;
- Knowledge of principles and approaches to building ABS architecture;
- Skills in working with various databases, SQL;
- High level of communication skills;
- Skills in creating business process diagrams in BPMN.
