- Atlassian stack and tools: Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Delivery: Scope Management, Change Requests, Workflow Management
- BA: Acceptance Criteria, Requirements Gathering, Decomposition
- Tech: Atlassian APIs, Plugins, Integrations
- Methodologies: Agile, Iterative Delivery, T&M, Fixed Price
- Experience as Business Analyst / Delivery Manager in IT outsourcing
- Understanding of T&M and Fixed Price models
- Experience managing external client expectations
- Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of workflows, schemes, hierarchies, and customization of the Atlassian ecosystem
- Experience writing clear Acceptance Criteria
- Ability to formalize requirements without ambiguity
- Technical background and understanding of API/integrations logic
- Ability to effectively interact with developers and clients
- English for communication with international clients
**Will be a plus:**
- Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Experience with Assets
- Experience in Atlassian Marketplace projects
- Understanding of plugin development for Jira/Confluence
- Technical experience in integrations or enterprise systems.
