Job description
Seeking a Business Analyst/PM with experience in IT outsourcing and strong skills in Jira/Confluence to create enterprise solutions for the Atlassian Marketplace.
Responsibilities
• Translate client wishes into a decomposed plan with Acceptance Criteria without ambiguity
• Control workflow, remove blockages, keep priorities up to date
• Timely highlight requests outside the scope of the TЗ and document them as Change Requests
• Check tasks for compliance with AC, conduct demos, and record client approval
• Maintain documentation in Jira/Confluence so that PDF export is a ready report.
Requirements
• Experience in IT outsourcing, understanding of T&M and Fixed Price
• Confident use of Jira/Confluence (schemes, workflow, customization); JSM/Assets is a plus
• Ability to write AC that can be coded and clearly accepted
• Technical background for dialogue with developers at the level of plugin logic and Atlassian API.
