Responsibilities
As a Business Assistant, you will:
- Gather and structure team/project information
- Coordinate small tasks and reminders
- Communicate with partners and external contractors
- Assist in calls/business trips
- Help with personal and work tasks
- Maintain tables and operational reports
- Support CEO and coordinate operational processes
Requirements
We are looking for:
- 1+ year experience as an assistant (must-have)
- Strong communication and self-organization skills
- Flexibility, quick response, stress resistance
- English B2 level (Serbian is a big plus)
- Understanding of iGaming/affiliate marketing is a plus
- Experience/desire to build operational processes
- Willingness to be available (operational role)

- Compensation for all relocation expenses + support at every stage
- Schedule: 5/2, 10:00–19:00 (Belgrade time)
- Income: fixed + KPI
- Bi-monthly payments without delays
- Income grade after trial period (2 months)
