- Handle a high volume of initial calls with inbound projects and clients - Conduct follow-ups and manage proposal pipelines - Filter and qualify opportunities to identify high-potential partnerships - Build and maintain relationships with project teams and ecosystem partners - Create a workflow that helps us successfully launch with our pipeline included - Manage internal information pipelines and keep the CRM updated

- Proven experience in Web3 & DeFi Business Development - Have experience handling high-volume client pipelines - Strong organizational skills with CRMs and internal information sharing structures - Have taken deals from initial contact to launch - Deep understanding of enterprise blockchain, DeFi and EVM - 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in DeFi and Web3 - Understanding how to work with both DeFi and Institutions - You have a strong, organized mind and work well in async workflows where documentation, knowledge sharing, and updates are effortlessly shared internally - Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, automation workflows) to accelerate research, content creation, and social media execution - Self-starter who can identify opportunities and lead initiatives independently - Comfortable working closely with founders and product teams - Low ego, high empathy, and collaborative mindset, thriving in a small, high-performance team
