Job description
We are hiring a Business Development Lead to own and scale revenue generation at Noncitizen. This is not a traditional sales role.
Responsibilities
- Building a high-quality pipeline - Converting inbound and outbound opportunities into signed engagements - Developing strategic partnerships that drive consistent deal flow - Acting as the bridge between market demand and our service offering
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in business development, sales, or growth roles - Prior experience at a marketing, creative, or strategy agency strongly preferred - Proven track record of closing service-based deals - Ability to sell intangible, high-value services (strategy, creative, positioning) - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and conversational) - High level of judgment in assessing client quality and fit
