Job description
We are an independent performance team with over 5 years of market history. Previously part of a large holding, we are now an independent project with our own infrastructure, strategy, and aggressive scaling plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop, reactivate, and scale the current advertiser base.
- Hunt for and attract new partners.
- Conduct negotiations and regular calls with partners.
- Coordinate interactions between buying teams, product, and advertisers.
- Control the effectiveness of connections (ROI, payout, volumes).
- Work with trackers (Binom / Keitaro) and analyze results.
- Participate in building bizdev strategy and processes.
- Represent the company at conferences.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in iGaming (priority for buying/arbitrage teams).
- Experience with Facebook/Meta and In-App sources.
- Understanding of CPA/Spend models and key metrics (ROI, LTV, payout).
- Experience with advertisers/affiliate programs.
- Experience with trackers (Binom, Keitaro or analogs).
- English level B2.
- Willingness to travel to conferences.
