Job description
We are a Kazakhstan fintech company developing a payment system suitable for any business. Our clients include online stores, marketplaces, banks, insurance companies, and other businesses with online payment operations.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek and attract new merchants through cold outbound methods.
- Conduct initial lead qualification.
- Present products and create commercial offers.
- Negotiate and manage deals until client onboarding.
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.
- Support clients through integration with internal teams.
- Achieve quarterly and monthly KPIs.
- Maintain deal, profitability, and active client registries.
- Participate in sales process improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales/bizdev (fintech, payments, IT, SaaS preferred).
- Experience in active sales (cold outreach).
- Understanding of B2B sales cycle.
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- English B2 level.
- Systematic, responsible, results-oriented.
