We are a crypto payment processing company with instant conversion to fiat. We connect merchants via API, allowing their customers to pay with stablecoins while merchants receive familiar dollars or euros in their bank accounts.
Responsibilities

- Outbound prospecting in Apollo AI / LinkedIn Sales Navigator according to agreed ICP;
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing;
- Work in CRM;
- Collaborate with the compliance team during merchant onboarding;
- Account management for the first 3 months post-connection;
- Regular reporting on the pipeline.
Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales;
- Experience in payments / fintech / crypto;
- English C1, fluent conversational;
- Experience closing deals from $50k ACV;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Proficient oral and written communication;
- Ability to establish contact with anyone.
Conditions
### Conditions
- Base salary: from $3,500, depending on experience. Payments twice a month;
- Bonus: 15% of revenue from the client for 12 months + a fixed $500 for onboarding (a merchant is considered onboarded after 5+ transactions). Payments once a month;
- Inbound: 5% of revenue from the client for 12 months;
- Annual paid vacation — 30 calendar days;
- Remote work format;
- Probation period - 2 months.
