Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive new business acquisition and expand our presence.
- Source and develop new opportunities in payments/fintech/crypto verticals
- Build and manage a revenue-generating sales pipeline
- Close strategic partnerships with PSPs, acquirers, crypto platforms
- Collaborate with product, legal and ops to launch signed deals
- Drive commercial growth in crypto payment and payout use cases
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in business development.
- 3–5 years in B2B business development, partnerships or sales
- Proven background in payments, fintech or banking (mandatory)
- Experience in merchant acquiring/payment orchestration, crypto payments & settlements, OTC desks and liquidity partnerships, fintech infrastructure integrations
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Ability to own full sales cycle: from outreach to signed contract
- Fluent English
