Business Development Manager

An independent performance team that was previously part of a large holding, now a standalone project with its own infrastructure, strategy, and aggressive scaling plans.

• Conduct negotiations with advertisers and partners. • Work with an active base of advertisers (reactivation, development, scaling). • Hunt and attract new partners. • Build and maintain long-term relationships. • Coordinate interaction between teams (buying, partnerships, product). • Independently manage deals from first contact to result.

• At least 2 years of experience in an iGaming arbitration team as a BDM. • Experience working with traffic sources: FB / Meta, In-app. • Experience with Tier-1 and/or Tier-3 geos (Africa is a plus, but not required). • English language: B1–B2 and above.
