Job description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our partner network in the payment system sector, focusing on Russia. Experience in IGaming is required.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities - Search and connect aggregators and payment providers working with Russia - Evaluate partners: processing quality, stability, volumes - Negotiate terms, rates, and commercial models - Launch integrations with the technical team - Support and develop partners - Monitor processing quality (issuance, stability, uptime) - Optimize connections and traffic routing
Requirements
### Requirements - Practical experience in payments / processing - Experience with aggregators and providers working with Russia - Understanding of the specifics of Russian processing (banks, routes, restrictions) - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to lead partners to stable results ### Will be a plus - Experience in high-risk processing - Own network of contacts among aggregators / providers
