Job description
We are looking for a driven and motivated sales specialist to help us scale. You are an expert in the cryptocurrency field and have an intuitive understanding of this area, allowing you to communicate convincingly with potential clients, identify their problems, and offer solutions that will help them.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - Conduct introductory calls, product demonstrations, and negotiations, tailoring your presentation to the specific issues and goals of each potential client. - Identify and leverage new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and developing long-term partnerships. - Utilize your existing network and connections to attract new clients. - Collaborate with the sales department and other divisions to share insights, refine communication strategies, and improve go-to-market approaches. - Represent the company at industry events, increasing its visibility and personally attracting potential clients.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in Web3 sales with proven success. - Existing network in web3 that can be activated. - Strong skills in outbound calling, qualification, lead development, negotiation, and closing deals, as this position involves the full sales cycle. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Helpful to have knowledge of payment systems and fintech. - Experience in a startup and/or fast-growing company. - Well-versed in Web3 concepts - entry platforms, smart contracts, NFTs, stablecoins, etc. - Ability to persuade individuals at various levels and adapt presentations to their needs. - Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms. - Experience leveraging connections for business development. - Fluent in English.
