Fireblocks is an enterprise-grade platform delivering a secure infrastructure for moving, storing, and issuing digital assets & cryptocurrencies. At Fireblocks, we enable businesses to securely build, run and scale digital asset operations through the Fireblocks Network and MPC-based Wallet Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
### What You’ll Do
- Bring your commercial and innovative mindset to identify and grow new revenue streams.
- Identify and prioritise new blockchains, protocols and applications that will support the 2400 customers in the Fireblocks network.
- Create solutions that build on the core Fireblocks offering and our partner ecosystem to deliver a differentiated offering for our clients.
- Work with product teams to develop the solution and sales teams to test market demand.
- Identify, structure and implement new partnerships to provide a complete solution for our clients.
- Work with the legal, finance, and operations functions to build out a robust solution.
- Work with marketing and sales teams globally to devise and deliver the GTM strategy.
- Be responsible for setting, tracking and meeting a revenue target.
- Focus primarily on DeFi use cases globally.
- Represent Fireblocks externally as a subject matter expert at events/webinars.
- Develop and maintain a strong network across the industry to help identify new opportunities.
- Support corporate development themes with market insights.
Requirements
### What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in crypto or venture capital, with a focus on DeFi.
- Deep enthusiasm for blockchain, DeFi and advancing the digital asset industry forward.
- Strong network in the crypto industry and track record of building and leveraging relationships to drive revenue opportunities.
- Strong financial background and proven commercial experience, including building a compelling business case with revenue/profit models.
- History of influencing and communicating effectively with senior executives, internally and externally, as well as working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Creative approach to problem solving and an entrepreneurial approach to identifying business opportunities.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments, demonstrating initiative and adaptability with limited guidance.
- Collaborative, strategic, and low-ego mindset, driven by intellectual curiosity and a desire to challenge the status quo.
