Responsibilities
- Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products
- Manage clients including funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead and manage deals, coordinating with product, legal, and research teams
- Oversee the entire deal cycle from outreach to contract signing
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance
- Proven track record of closing large deals
- Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics
- Highly self-organized and disciplined
