Job description
Spotware Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. This role is designed for a fluent English speaker who will relocate to Cyprus (EU).
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads and drive sales using both company and personal networks. - Execute targeted outbound and inbound sales efforts to senior business decision-makers. - Advance qualified opportunities through the sales funnel and build a sustainable pipeline. - Qualify new leads (Retail Brokers, Prop Firms, etc.) using proven sales techniques. - Manage current accounts, increasing brand awareness and driving client engagement. - Arrange and coordinate meetings, calls, and demos with clients. - Handle client enquiries via calls and emails, identifying issues and suggesting improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Institutional Sales (Liquidity) – essential. - Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. - Existing network and personal connections within the financial services industry. - Previous experience as a Dealer or Broker is an advantage. - Strong analytical skills and ability to work with MS Excel (spreadsheets/charts). - Willingness to travel for industry events and expos. - Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage). - An AI-augmented mindset: using AI not occasionally, but as a core part of your daily workflow and decision-making.
