- Spearhead high-impact partnerships with financial institutions and investment firms. - Lead complex deal negotiations and partnership agreements. - Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and trading teams to develop use cases and solutions. - Develop comprehensive business plans, proposals, and pitches. - Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in capital markets' adoption of digital assets.

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in capital markets. - Substantial traditional finance background at investment banks or trading firms. - Deep understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology. - Proven track record in developing partnerships and closing complex deals. - Established network of contacts within capital markets.
