Job description
Vortex is an iGaming provider that creates crash games. We are a company where two things matter: every decision has weight, and every person directly influences the product without approvals through seven departments.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities - Partnerships and deals - Search and connect new partners: operators, platforms, aggregators - Participate in negotiations and lead deals from first contact to launch - Develop and maintain long-term partnerships - Work in international markets, seeking new regions for expansion - Funnel and analytics - Manage your own funnel: activities, conversions, results - Basic analytics on your direction: what works, what doesn't, where we grow - Transparent record keeping - Internal interaction - Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing - Provide feedback to the product: what the market asks for, what is lacking in the offer - Participate in shaping positioning and materials for partners
Requirements
### Requirements - Experience in an iGaming provider for at least 2 years (industry specifics are critical) - Experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Sales - Own contact base: operators, aggregators, partners - Understanding of iGaming specifics: how integrations work, roles of parties, and decision-making processes for operators - Experience managing deals from lead to signing - Experience with funnels and basic analytics – understanding where and why deals drop off - English B1–B2 for international communication - Proactivity and independence – not waiting for leads, but actively seeking them - Result-oriented and responsible for your area
Conditions
### Conditions - Fully remote work, 5/2, working day until 18:00 CET - Processes that help, not hinder: structure without bureaucracy and micromanagement - Freedom in how you work – responsibility for results - Transparent rules for vacations, days off, and sick leave – no surprises - Bonuses for results and birthdays, salary review based on performance, not calendar - Team environment where you can ask questions, make mistakes, and suggest ideas – it's normal - Zero toxicity and micromanagement - Everyone directly influences the product – without approvals through seven departments
