International iGaming project is looking for a German-speaking Call Center Agent for customer retention.
Responsibilities
• Outgoing calls to a warm client base to prevent churn.
• Offering personalized conditions, bonuses, and resolving player issues.
• Handling complaints and turning negativity into positivity.
• Keeping interaction history in CRM.
Requirements
• Experience in call centers or sales for at least 1 year (iGaming background is a huge plus).
• German language at B2+ level (mandatory).
• Russian or English language at B2 for internal communications.
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts: from 15:00 to 23:00 or from 19:00 to 04:00 (GMT+3).
