- Assist with the maintenance and improvement of data quality within our portfolio management system. - Support the team in the analysis and reconciliation as needed. - Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including investors. - Collaborate with various teams, including finance, operations, and credit, to ensure accurate and effective data usage. - Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned, providing broad exposure to the finance industry. - Conduct industry research on trends in capital markets, lending products, and blockchain-enhanced finance.

- Team player with a positive attitude, willing to jump in. - Capacity to work a minimum of up to 40 hours per week for a minimum of a 3-month assignment. - Ability to work in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. - Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and quantitative concepts to assigned tasks. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. - Interest in fintech and blockchain. - Interest in capital markets, fintech, blockchain, and digital assets.

- Compensation Range: $25/hour - This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs.
