Responsibilities
- Develop and manage card products in multiple markets.
- Collaborate with business development, technical team, finance, risk, compliance, legal, etc.
- Design product roadmap and outline key milestones.
- Deliver detailed PRD requirements and interactive designs.
- Optimize product performance using a data-driven approach.
- Lead and supervise the product life cycle.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of card product management experience.
- Understanding of card processes like reconciliation, settlement, chargeback, etc.
- Knowledge of product development life cycle and portfolio management.
- Ability to manage card portfolio with positive PnL.
- Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks in the card industry.
- Excellent prioritization framework and ability to align with stakeholders.
