Responsibilities
The role involves building the commercial function from scratch.
- Develop go-to-market strategy (direct sales + aggregators).
- Build commercial models and pricing.
- Form and scale the sales team.
- Seek and close new business partnerships.
- Manage contracts and deal processes.
- Onboard partners and launch content.
- Develop existing partner portfolio.
- Conduct commercial analytics and forecasting.
- Expand industry network through conferences and partnerships.
Requirements
Candidates should have significant experience in iGaming B2B.
- Experience in building sales/partnerships functions from scratch.
- Understanding of operators and aggregators.
- Full sales cycle management experience.
- Knowledge of integration B2B products (SLA, dependencies, timelines).
- Portfolio management and commercial analytics skills.
- Ability to work at C-level and build cross-functional processes.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
