- Experience as CFO or Deputy CFO in companies with revenue over 15 billion RUB.
- Knowledge of 44-FZ, 223-FZ, bank guarantees, treasury support.
- Experience in budgeting and cost management.
- 1C:ERP / UPP, implementation of management accounting.
- Financial modeling (NPV, IRR).
- Plus: Holdings with a distributed structure, TER/FER, resource method, state defense order (275-FZ).
- Attracting financing of 1.5 billion RUB or more.
- M&A.
- English Upper-Intermediate+.
