Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a globally distributed engineering team.
- Own execution and delivery of critical infrastructure upgrades.
- Drive change management processes across engineering and product domains.
- Design and refine support workflows and deployment strategies.
- Manage global on-call rotation and lead incident response.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, DevOps Lead, or Site Reliability Engineering Lead.
- Exceptional people management skills.
- Expertise in engineering support frameworks and roadmap planning.
- Experience in Change Management and Incident Management lifecycles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Solid technical background in DevOps/SRE ecosystems.
