Job description
We are an international iGaming company that works with the largest casino operators worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage a current portfolio of 20-25 advertisers.
- Lead a team of two specialists and coordinate with related departments.
- Develop long-term relationships with new casino operators at the owner and top management level.
- Negotiate, understand operators' business metrics, and communicate effectively.
- Continuously improve mechanisms for attracting new advertisers.
- Analyze current partner interaction processes and implement best practices from personal experience.
- Establish effective information flows within the company, maintain CRM, structure processes, and ensure transparency in all partnership activities.
Requirements
- Ideally, experience from both sides: 1) product side as Head of Affiliate / Affiliate Manager 2) and from the affiliate/arbitration team directly interacting with advertisers.
- Experience with large international iGaming brands.
- Understanding of affiliate program economics: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, LTV, traffic quality, and operators' approaches to evaluating affiliates.
- Experience in building and developing teams.
- Experience participating in relevant international conferences and a developed network of contacts in the industry.
