Seven Group is looking for a seasoned CBDO to lead strategic development and manage the BizDev function.

Responsibilities
The CBDO will oversee strategic development and BizDev management.
- Manage advertiser portfolio: quantity, quality, and profitability
- Search, connect, and scale advertisers
- Develop partners and increase profit
- Negotiate better terms with advertisers
- Build BizDev department structure and KPIs
- Lead and develop the BizDev team
- Collaborate with heads of FB, In-App, PPC
- Develop BizDev strategies and growth opportunities
Requirements
Candidates should have significant experience in BizDev roles.
- 5+ years in Head of BizDev/CBDO/Commercial Lead roles
- Experience in iGaming/affiliate/performance marketing
- Proven portfolio management and profitability growth
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience building and managing BizDev teams
- Understanding of traffic sources: Facebook, In-App, PPC
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2)

- Schedule: 5/2, flexible start (9:00-10:30), 9-hour workday
